COMPREHENSIVE

This in-person package is designed for families in the Denver Metro area. You will receive 3 prenatal visits (1 per trimester), 12 hours of in-person labor support, 1-2 hours of immediate postpartum support, and 3 postpartum check-in visits during the first month postpartum. This package also includes creation of a birth plan that you can submit to your hospital or birth center, as well as unlimited text/phone support throughout your pregnancy.
Standard
$1950
This in-person package is designed for families in the Denver Metro area. You will receive 2 prenatal visits, 12 hours of in-person labor support, 1-2 hours of immediate postpartum support, and 2 postpartum check-in visits during the first two weeks postpartum. This package also includes creation of a birth plan that you can submit to your hospital or birth center, as well as unlimited text/phone support throughout your pregnancy.
BASIC
$1500
This in-person package is designed for families in the Denver Metro area. You will receive 1 prenatal visit, 12 hours of in-person labor support, 1-2 hours of immediate postpartum support, and 1 postpartum check-in visit during the first two weeks postpartum. This package includes unlimited text/phone support throughout your pregnancy.
Disclaimer: All packages ABOVE include 12 hours of in-person labor support. Also included is unlimited phone support during early labor. It is your discretion when you request me to join you in person. Though it is rare, if a client needs in-person support beyond 12 hours, those additional hours will incur a fee of $30 per hour and will be billed in addition to the package price. This additional fee ensures my work is sustainable. Clients reserve the right to send me home and ask me to return when they feel I am needed.
OTHER Services
VIRTUAL

This package is designed for families located outside my travel region, or those who don’t desire in-person labor support. You’ll receive unlimited text, phone/video call, and email throughout your pregnancy, labor, and birth. We will have 1 scheduled prenatal call as well as 1 scheduled postpartum call, and anything you’d like in between. Do you have questions about pregnancy symptoms and what is normal? Do you need recommendations on remedies or a course of action? Would you like to create a birth plan but need help knowing what to include? Is your partner needing advice and support for how best to help you? This is the package for you! *This package does NOT include any in-person support at any time.
POST PARTUM ADD-ON VISITS (A LA CARTE)
$45/hr (minimum 2 hours)
A visit in your home where I will provide any of the following at your request: prepare a meal, massage your neck or back, prepare an herbal perineal sitz bath, offer breastfeeding support, hold or feed your baby while you nap or shower, perform light housework (dishes, laundry). Please note this is not a childcare service and I am unable to provide care for siblings of your baby.
